• Companion tickets: If you need an Essential Companion (carer/personal assistant), we offer one free Companion ticket per eligible guest.
• How to book: 1) Buy your standard ticket as normal. 2) Email access@quartersbrighton.co.uk (or call [Access line TBC]) with your booking reference and what you need (for example Companion ticket, viewing-platform space, early entry).
• Evidence we accept: Access Card (+1), PIP/DLA, Blue Badge or similar. We don’t ask for medical details.

• Stays with the guest throughout their visit and provides personal support and wayfinding.
• Assists the guest in following staff instructions, including during any emergency or evacuation.
• Is capable of providing support for the full duration of the event.
• The Companion ticket is not an extra attendee ticket.

• Raised viewing platform with spaces for wheelchair users and adjacent seats for Companions.
• Limited capacity — please request at the time of booking. Floor-level viewing positions may be available on request.
• Early entry can be arranged so you can settle in before doors open.

• Step-free entry via the main entrance. Our team can guide you to the viewing platform, accessible toilets and bar.
• If you have specific route or transfer needs, contact us in advance so we can assist.

Accessible toilets are available close to the audience areas. Staff can direct you on arrival.

A section of our main bar is lowered and permanently accessible. If you’d prefer table/floor service to avoid queues, let us know when you arrive.

Some events may use strobe lighting, haze or loud bass. We’ll flag these on event pages where possible. Earplugs are available from staff on request.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Let us know in advance so we can reserve suitable space.

You’re welcome to bring essential medication and small medical devices. If you need fridge storage or a power point, contact us ahead of your visit.
