We strive to make Quarters accessible for everyone. If you have access or support requirements, get in touch, ideally over 48 hours before the event so we can provide information on step-free routes, accessible toilets, bar service, PA/companion ticketing, and early entry. Companion tickets are available for customers who have purchased a valid ticket. Companions/PAs need to be over 18
Spaces on the viewing platform are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hand in or report items to any staff member on the night. After the show, email info@quartersbrighton.co.uk with a description of the item and your contact details.
Last entry time is 2 hours before the event finishes, unless stated otherwise. Contact us for event times at info@quartersbrighton.co.uk if you are unsure.
There is no parking at Quarters; we are right on the beachfront promenade. We encourage everyone to use public transport, taxis, or walking routes.
Phone charging is not available on site – please come charged.
Smoking/vaping is permitted in the designated outdoor area.
We use handy lockers, which you can return to throughout the event. Keep your number safe. If you’d like to purchase a locker before the event, follow this link.
How our lockers work:
1. Scan one of the QR codes around the entrance and lobby of the venue with your phone
2. Buy your locker
3. Receive your pin
4. Find the corresponding locker number and enter code to place items inside
Look after yourself and each other, start slow, don’t mix, sip water, take breaks. If you or a friend feels unwell, speak to any member of staff immediately.
We have non-judgmental medics on site who will help you. Ask any security or bar staff to direct you to them, or to get a medic to come to your location.
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone who visits our venue. All guests, staff, and performers have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, free from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse. We expect everyone to contribute to a positive atmosphere where all individuals feel comfortable, valued, and able to enjoy their experience.
Ask for Angela/Clive: if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, or see something that doesn't look right, ask any staff member to “Ask for Angela/ Clive” or ask for their help – we will help discreetly.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment. Tell any member of staff if something isn’t right, and we will help you
For your safety, be aware that the beach, seafront and sea can be dangerous, particularly at night and especially for those travelling alone. Reports of assaults and other incidents in these areas are common.
We strongly advise you to travel directly home after the event and to avoid walking on the beach or near the water.

Prohibited items are fully listed HERE and include: chewing gum, food, liquid, sprays and aerosols, bags larger than A4 size, drugs, illegal highs, and anything which could be used as a weapon.

To enter an event, you need:
Customers aged 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult. All customers aged 14 - 17 are required to remain in our under-18s area. This area is located on the balcony in the right-hand side of the venue. Customers aged 14-17 (and their chaperone if relevant) will be directed there by our team. No alcohol is permitted in this area and the view of the stage is slightly obstructed. This is due to our premises license conditions.
