Where can I buy tickets?

  • Authorised vendors: SEE Tickets, Skiddle, Dice and Resident Advisor. Tickets from other outlets are not valid.
  • If your ticket hasn’t arrived 24 hours before the event, contact your ticket provider for support.
  • Any other ticketing enquiries, please email us at info@quartersbrighton.co.uk

How can I pay at Quarters?

  • We are a card/mobile wallet-only venue
  • No cash is taken at bars or the lockers. 
  • Free tap water is available at all bars.

Accessibility

We strive to make Quarters accessible for everyone. If you have access or support requirements, get in touch, ideally over 48 hours before the event so we can provide information on step-free routes, accessible toilets, bar service, PA/companion ticketing, and early entry. You can contact us via  accessibility@quartersbrighton.co.uk

Companion tickets are available for customers who have purchased a valid ticket. Companions/PAs need to be over 18

Spaces on the viewing platform are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Filming & Effects

  • Professional filming/photography may take place.
  • Strobes, haze/smoke and laser effects may be in use.
  • CCTV operates throughout the venue.

How can I report lost property?

Hand in or report items to any staff member on the night. After the show, email info@quartersbrighton.co.uk with a description of the item and your contact details.

What time is last entry?

Last entry time is 2 hours before the event finishes, unless stated otherwise. Contact us for event times at info@quartersbrighton.co.uk if you are unsure.

How do I get to and from Quarters?

There is no parking at Quarters; we are right on the beachfront promenade. We encourage everyone to use public transport, taxis, or walking routes. 

  • Walking: about 15 minutes from Brighton Station (downhill to the seafront)
  • Buses: frequent services going to most areas in & around Brighton at both Churchill Square & Old Steine stops; both are a short walk from the venue.
  • Taxis & ride-hail: For drop-off/pick-up: Old Ship Hotel  - please follow steward instructions and do not stop in bus lanes.
  • Blue Badge: limited bays on/near King’s Road and within the car parks above (check council signage on the day). 
  • Street parking along the seafront is limited and heavily enforced, so avoid stopping on King’s Road bus lanes or yellow lines.

Can I charge my phone at Quarters?

Phone charging is not available on site – please come charged.

Can I smoke or vape at Quarters?

Smoking/vaping is permitted in the designated outdoor area.  

Is there a cloakroom available?

We use handy lockers, which you can return to throughout the event. Keep your number safe. If you’d like to purchase a locker before the event,  follow this link.

How our lockers work:

1. Scan one of the QR codes around the entrance and lobby of the venue with your phone

2. Buy your locker

3. Receive your pin

4. Find the corresponding locker number and enter code to place items inside

Welfare

Look after yourself and each other, start slow, don’t mix, sip water, take breaks. If you or a friend feels unwell, speak to any member of staff immediately.


We have non-judgmental medics on site who will help you. Ask any security or bar staff to direct you to them, or to get a medic to come to your location.

What should I do if I experience or witness harassment?

We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone who visits our venue. All guests, staff, and performers have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, free from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse. We expect everyone to contribute to a positive atmosphere where all individuals feel comfortable, valued, and able to enjoy their experience.

Ask for Angela/Clive: if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, or see something that doesn't look right, ask any staff member to “Ask for Angela/ Clive” or ask for their help – we will help discreetly.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment. Tell any member of staff if something isn’t right, and we will help you

Beach Safety

For your safety, be aware that the beach, seafront and sea can be dangerous, particularly at night and especially for those travelling alone. Reports of assaults and other incidents in these areas are common.

We strongly advise you to travel directly home after the event and to avoid walking on the beach or near the water. 

If you need assistance arranging transport or getting home safely, please speak to a member of our team. We are here to help.

What can't I bring into Quarters?

Prohibited items are fully listed HERE and include: chewing gum, food, liquid, sprays and aerosols, bags larger than A4 size, drugs, illegal highs, and anything which could be used as a weapon.

What ID do I need to enter Quarters?

We accept the following forms of ID:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • CitizenCard

Please note that photographs, screenshots or photocopies of ID documents are not accepted. You must bring the original physical document with you.

What do I need to enter Quarters?

To enter an event, you need:

  • Valid photo ID
  • Your ticket (phone or print) or the purchase of a ticket on the door 
  • To be subject to a security search.

14+ Shows: Info for U18s

Customers aged 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult. All customers aged 14 - 17 are required to remain in our under-18s area. This area is located on the balcony in the right-hand side of the venue. Customers aged 14-17 (and their chaperone if relevant) will be directed there by our team. No alcohol is permitted in this area and the view of the stage is slightly obstructed. This is due to our premises license conditions.

What is our age policy?

For the majority of our shows, including club nights, student nights and day parties:- 

  • Minimum age is 18 
  • Enforced by a mandatory ID required for entry 
  • Challenge 25 in operation at bars to buy alcohol 

Or

A 14+  live music event which finishes by 2230:- 

  • Minimum age is 14 
  • Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
  •  U18s are permitted in the balcony area only, which has a view down onto the stage and main dance floor which is limited in some places 
  • Challenge 25 in operation at bars to buy alcohol and alcohol is not permitted in the balcony areas
